1. About the Service

H&R Perfume ("we", "us") operates the website https://hrperfum.com, a web application that allows users to browse a catalog of perfumes, create a customer account, save items to a cart and wishlist, place orders, and have products delivered across Jordan. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree to any part of them, please do not use the website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and any dispute is referred to the competent courts in Amman.

2. Accounts and Google Sign-In

You may create an account using your email and a password, or by signing in with your Google account. When you sign in with Google we receive only your basic profile information (name, email, profile picture). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

3. Products and Prices

  • All prices on the website are in Jordanian Dinars (JOD).
  • We strive to ensure accuracy, but pricing or product errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error after you place an order, we will contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the order at no cost.
  • We reserve the right to change prices and offers at any time without prior notice. Changes do not apply to orders confirmed before the change.
  • Product images may slightly differ from the actual product due to lighting and display settings.

4. Orders and Purchase Process

  1. You select products and add them to your cart.
  2. You complete delivery details and confirm the order.
  3. You receive order confirmation via WhatsApp from our team.
  4. We prepare and ship the order to the address you provided.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, including: product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected invalid information, or a prior record of misuse.

5. Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery only. Payment is made in cash to the courier upon delivery.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Expected time: 1 to 3 business days within Amman, and 2 to 5 business days for other governorates.
  • Delivery fees: 2 JOD within Amman, 4 JOD for other governorates.
  • Free delivery: on orders above 60 JOD.
  • Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, closures, shipping company issues).

7. Exchanges and Returns

All exchanges and returns are subject to our return policy. In summary:

  • Sold products are exchangeable, not refundable.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of delivery, once only.
  • The product must be in its original, unopened condition.

8. Discount Codes

  • Each discount code has its own usage conditions (validity, minimum order, usage count).
  • Codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
  • We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or cancel any code at any time.
  • Codes cannot be redeemed for cash or applied retroactively to a previous order.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, images, logos, designs, and code — is owned by or licensed to H&R Perfume. Reproduction, copying, or commercial use without prior written permission is not allowed.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or databases.
  • Manipulate prices or discount codes through fraudulent means.
  • Provide false personal or contact information.
  • Use the website in ways that harm other users.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is" without express or implied warranties of uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website, except where law imposes non-waivable liabilities.

12. Privacy

Processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

1. القبول بالشروط

مرحباً بك في H&R Perfume. توضح هذه الشروط والأحكام القواعد الخاصة باستخدام موقعنا الإلكتروني والتسوق منه. باستخدامك للموقع أو إجراء طلب شراء، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط بالكامل. إذا كنت لا توافق على أي جزء منها، يُرجى عدم استخدام الموقع.

تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين المعمول بها في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، وأي نزاع ينشأ عنها يُحال إلى المحاكم المختصة في عمّان.

2. المنتجات والأسعار

  • جميع الأسعار المعروضة على الموقع بالدينار الأردني (د.أ).
  • نسعى للتأكد من دقة الأسعار وتفاصيل المنتجات، ولكن قد تحدث أخطاء أحياناً. في حال اكتشاف خطأ في السعر بعد تقديم الطلب، سنتواصل معك لتأكيد السعر الصحيح أو إلغاء الطلب دون أي رسوم.
  • نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل الأسعار والعروض في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق. لا تنطبق التغييرات على الطلبات التي تم تأكيدها قبل التعديل.
  • قد تختلف الصور المعروضة قليلاً عن المنتج الفعلي بسبب إعدادات الإضاءة والشاشات.

3. الطلبات وعملية الشراء

تتم عملية الشراء عبر الخطوات التالية:

  1. تختار المنتجات وتضيفها إلى السلة.
  2. تكمل بيانات التوصيل وتؤكد الطلب.
  3. يصلك تأكيد الطلب عبر الواتساب مباشرة من فريقنا.
  4. نقوم بتجهيز الطلب وشحنه إلى العنوان المحدد.

يحق لنا رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب لأسباب مبررة، مثل: عدم توفر المنتج، خطأ في السعر، شك في صحة البيانات، أو وجود سجل سابق بالاستخدام غير اللائق للخدمة.

4. الدفع

نعتمد حالياً نظام الدفع عند الاستلام (Cash on Delivery). يتم تسديد قيمة الطلب نقداً للمندوب عند تسليم الطلب.

5. الشحن والتوصيل

  • المدة المتوقعة: من 1 إلى 3 أيام عمل لمدينة عمّان، وقد تمتد لـ 2-5 أيام لباقي المحافظات.
  • رسوم التوصيل: 2 دينار داخل عمّان، 4 دنانير لباقي المحافظات.
  • التوصيل المجاني: للطلبات التي تتجاوز قيمتها 60 دينار.
  • قد تطول مدة التوصيل بسبب ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا (طقس، إغلاقات، أعطال شركات الشحن). سنبذل قصارى جهدنا للالتزام بالمدة المعلنة.

6. التبديل والإرجاع

تخضع جميع عمليات التبديل والإرجاع لسياستنا المحددة في صفحة سياسة التبديل والإرجاع. باختصار:

  • البضاعة المباعة تُستبدل ولا تُسترجع.
  • طلب التبديل خلال 5 أيام من الاستلام، لمرة واحدة فقط.
  • المنتج يجب أن يكون في حالته الأصلية وغير مفتوح.

7. أكواد الخصم

  • كل كود خصم له شروط استخدامه الخاصة (مدة الصلاحية، الحد الأدنى للطلب، عدد مرات الاستخدام).
  • لا يمكن دمج أكثر من كود في نفس الطلب إلا إذا أُعلن خلاف ذلك.
  • نحتفظ بالحق في إيقاف أو تعديل أو إلغاء أي كود خصم في أي وقت.
  • لا يمكن استرداد قيمة الكود نقداً، ولا تطبيقه بأثر رجعي على طلب سابق.

8. الملكية الفكرية

جميع المحتويات الموجودة على هذا الموقع — من نصوص، صور، شعارات، تصاميم، وأكواد برمجية — مملوكة لـ H&R Perfume أو مرخصة لها. لا يُسمح بإعادة نشرها أو نسخها أو استخدامها لأغراض تجارية دون إذن خطي مسبق.

9. سلوك المستخدم

أنت تتعهد بعدم:

  • استخدام الموقع لأي غرض غير قانوني أو ضار.
  • محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به إلى أنظمتنا أو قواعد بياناتنا.
  • التلاعب بأسعار المنتجات أو أكواد الخصم بطرق احتيالية.
  • تقديم بيانات كاذبة أو معلومات تواصل غير صحيحة.
  • استخدام الموقع بطرق قد تُلحق ضرراً بمستخدمين آخرين.

أي محاولة احتيالية ستؤدي إلى إلغاء الطلب وقد تُعرّضك للمساءلة القانونية.

10. إخلاء المسؤولية

نقدم خدماتنا "كما هي" دون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية بشأن استمرارية الخدمة بدون انقطاع. لن نتحمل مسؤولية أي خسائر غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام الموقع، باستثناء ما يفرضه القانون من مسؤوليات لا يمكن التنازل عنها.

11. الخصوصية

تخضع معالجة بياناتك الشخصية لـ سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا، والتي تُعتبر جزءاً لا يتجزأ من هذه الشروط.

12. التعديلات على الشروط

نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. ستُنشر التعديلات على هذه الصفحة مع تحديث تاريخ "آخر تحديث". استمرار استخدامك للموقع بعد نشر التعديلات يُعتبر قبولاً ضمنياً للشروط الجديدة.
